A Simple Birthday Celebration

Sometimes simple is best, so for my friend's birthday, I made these elegant vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting, and went with just a bit of sparkle for the decorations: gold star and silver dot sprinkles. I was glad she enjoyed them!
