Cookies or Cupcakes? How About Both?

I couldn't decide if I should make my friends cookies or cupcakes for the holidays, but then I had an awesome idea: what if I made cupcakes and put a mini sugar cookie on top for decoration? They were a big hit with my friends, so I may be doing this again, maybe for Valentine's Day.
