Dr. Seuss-Themed Baby Shower Cake

I was honored to be asked to make a baby shower cake for one of the teachers at my school. Since it was Dr. Seuss themed, I make a vanilla sheet cake and decorated it with a twist on "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish." I substituted "New Fish" for "Blue Fish" since the baby is the new addition.

It was fun to make the Mom, Baby and stroller out of fondant. I tried to stay true to Dr. Seuss' style, and I think I was fairly successful. The mom- and dad-to-be seemed to like it, thankfully!
