Birthday Cake for a Lover of Puerto Rico

For this lover of the beach and Puerto Rico, I made a chocolate birthday cake and covered it with crushed graham crackers to look like sand. The sides are covered in blue buttercream, with blue wavy frosting spelling out the birthday day boy's name and "Happy 50th". I used a custom sprinkle mix of orange fish, blue/white/silver bubbles, and pearls around the base. I made a beach towel out of fondant that features the Puerto Rican flag, and added a fondant beach ball and starfish for fun. This was a fun cake to do when it was still wintry outside!
