Happy Cinco de Mayo! And, Taco Tuesday!

I wanted to make some fun sugar cookies for my friends and teachers for Cinco de Mayo, so I made these adorable taco cookies. I won't be handing them out until tomorrow, though, so maybe I will just say they are for Taco Tuesday! Either way, I hope they enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them!
