A Birthday Cake for My Father

For my father's birthday celebration today, he requested a simple cake with his favorite flavors: yellow cake with chocolate buttercream. I decided to jazz it up a little, though, since I can't help myself! I made a custom mix of sprinkles: blue airplanes, white pearls, and golden wrapped candies.
