Day of the Dead Sugar Cookies

When my Spanish teacher asked me to make some Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) cookies for her students again this year, I decided to do something a little different from last year's decorated skull sugar cookies. With her approval, I made chocolate sugar cookie skeletons colorfully decorated in the style of Day of the Dead sugar skulls. They were a big hit....after all, who can resist chocolate?
