Elmo-Themed Birthday Goodies

For this one-year-old's birthday party, I was asked to make some Elmo-themed treats, including sugar cookies and a vanilla smash cake with yellow buttercream frosting, primary colored sprinkles, and an Elmo topper made from fondant that can be saved as a memento of their special day.
