A Cake for a Book-Loving Teacher

To celebrate the end of one crazy school year, my history teacher ordered a cake with his likeness reading a book. He’s surrounded by history term papers, more books, and an apple. A row of sprinkles in the colors of the books rings the bottom for a finishing touch. The cake is chocolate with a rich chocolate buttercream frosting, both with a hint of espresso powder. I hope he enjoys eating it with a cup of java and a good book!
