A Mother's Day Carrot Cake

I was asked to make a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for my friend's mom to celebrate Mother's Day. She loves roses and the color red, so I piped red roses out of buttercream and kept the rest of the cake fairly simple. Happy Mother's Day to all of the special women out there who make a difference in our lives!
