Salted Caramel Apple Pie

I recently went to a socially distanced, fairy house making workshop at my godmother's and I was asked to bring dessert. I decided to make a salted caramel apple pie (salted caramel sauce served on the side) and my mom said it made the house smell heavenly while it was baking. It was a bit hit at the workshop...house building (even small ones for fairies) sure works up an appetite!
