Thanksgiving Goodies, Including Gluten-Free Pie

This Thanksgiving, I made my first gluten-free pumpkin pie for a customer to bring to a friend. (I have done GF cakes and cupcakes, just not pie.) I am glad to report that she really liked it! I also make more of the leaf cookies for this same client to give away, too. I was thankful to be a part of several Thanksgiving celebrations during this crazy year!
