Trophy Cookies for a Championship Win

A client of mine recently ordered some trophy sugar cookies to celebrate a championship win for her daughter's soccer team. It was challenging to make sure these cookies held their shape while baking and that they didn't break at the narrow base of the trophy "cup"...but I really enjoyed decorating them and adding the team's initials to personalize them!
